Do you require a deposit?

Yes. Typically we require a 30% deposit before production begins, with the remaining 70% paid before shipment. Terms may vary for long-term partners.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer sea freight (FCL and LCL), air freight, and express courier depending on order size, urgency, and destination.
